Teacher Wrongfully Forced Out of SRCS for Alleged Sexual Relations With Student

Santa Rosa High School Teacher NightSnow Vogt was asked to resign after alleged sexual relations with a student which were proven to be completely false

On June 30, 2025, I published the article below regarding the February 2024 resignation of Santa Rosa High School Teacher NightSnow Vogt. Mr. Vogt was asked to resign after allegedly kissing & exposing his penis to an Honors World History student; Vogt claimed the allegations were entirely false.

Following the publication of my initial article, Mr. Vogt’s wife frantically reached out to me on Instagram, by email, and text message to request an urgent meeting. She informed me that her husband was completely innocent and all allegations were proven to be completely false.

After hearing Ms. Vogt’s story, and viewing the documents she presented, I believe she is presumably telling the truth. She provided me with the student declaration shown below. To my knowledge, Santa Rosa City Schools (SRCS) did not provide me with a copy of the declaration.

If these allegations were proven false, I don’t understand why SRCS felt it was their right to release such atrocious allegations to private citizens via public records requests.

I encouraged Ms. Vogt and her husband to utilize this moment to share their truth, but I have not received further correspondence since our discussion earlier this week. I am appalled by how Mr. Vogt’s entire investigation was handled, as this ultimately affected his entire livelihood and ability to provide for his family.
