As of July 8, 2025, River City Business Services sent the following letter to the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC).
The business firm last made contact with Winders on 3/17/25 following her resignation, but was not able to successfully close the committee, nor settle debts due to her complete unresponsiveness.
