Sonoma School Board Trustee Labeled Me as 'Unhinged Mean Girl of the Year' After She Told Trump Supporters to Fuck Off to Hell

Trustee Winders was outed for publicly stating her desires on Facebook for conservative voters to burn in hell - 'burn the most fiery eternity and may everything you ever touch crumble and rot'

Over the past few days, it was brought to my attention by community members that Sonoma Valley Unified School District (SVUSD) Trustee Celeste Winders made the following public statement via her social media channels:

“Just so y’all know: this includes my disabled child and his necessary services. Fuck every single person who voted for this administration all the way to hell. May you burn the most fiery eternity and may everything you ever touch crumble and rot. This is why I literally will NEVER speak to some of my family members ever again. They are actually dead to me.”

Trustee Winders was enraged about yesterday’s article, so she posted the following statement on Facebook:

In response, I sent the following email today to the SVUSD District Board and staff:

Good Morning,

In response to the information I presented to the Board yesterday, Trustee Winders chose to engage in defamation of character, slander and libel (see attached). I have never voted for President Donald Trump, nor am I a 'MAGA' supporter. Both political parties are two sides of the same bird, a reflection of Hegelian Dialectic. That being said, local Republicans have been far kinder to me than local Democrats. Conservatives have always respected my faith, differing beliefs, and viewpoints from a biracial lens.

Not a single court order has ever been filed against me at any point in time by an elected official. I am currently being sued by Sonoma Valley Boys and Girls Club (BGCSV) for speaking out to protect 40+ Latino children who were raped in your community, and did not receive restitution. None of the Plaintiffs affiliated with BGCSV are elected officials. Trustee Winders' flagrant lies will negatively affect how I am perceived by the public and are outright defamatory.

While this should not be necessary, I have attached my entire court history. I went through four years of domestic violence through 2018 following the death of my mother. My ex was arrested, but not prosecuted after strangling me, grabbing/pushing/dragging me and destroying all of my property, including photos of my late mother. I was angry, retaliated, made poor decisions, and therefore he filed a counter R.O. There is a reason that I do not take abuse from anyone, nor allow others to be abused!

In November 2024, Sonoma Media Investments Owner Darius Anderson filed a fraudulent R.O. request with the courts. I have copied the Sonoma County GOP who can further echo that I am not a Republican. However, I am very hurt by how conservative, faith-based individuals have been treated within our County. All parents, staff, students and community members deserve equal access and non-discriminatory practices within SVUSD. Trustee Winders has presented partisan views which indicate that she will be biased when working with students/parents from conservative backgrounds. She essentially wished a life of eternal hell upon them.

Due to this unfortunate sequence of events, please consider this as my formal notice of intent to sue SVUSD for defamatory statements issued to third-parties by your trustees. Please have your legal Counsel confirm if they would like to mediate and settle this matter outside of court by Friday, March 7, 2025.
