Sonoma Counsel Sued for Weaponizing Colleagues to Fight Personal Legal Battles
County of Sonoma Counsel Robert Pittman allegedly utilized taxpayer-funded government attorneys to represent he & his partner in a private capacity
On July 22, 2024, Process Server Mark T. Andrews filed a civil lawsuit for unlimited civil rights violations against private citizens Robert Harmon Pittman, Gregory Jenkins and The Jenkins-Pittman Trust.
Mr. Andrews retained Thomas Faraday Camp as legal defense.
Mr. Pittman and Mr. Jenkins are represented by Sonoma County Deputy Counsel Michael Alcock King. Mr. Pittman is currently employed as Sonoma County Counsel and utilized his colleague for his personal legal battle.
Sonoma County Superior Court records indicated that a case management conference was held and continued on June 26, 2025.
Process Server Mark Andrews submitted the following complaint to the The State Bar of California.
A motion to disqualify counsel was filed by Mr. Andrews with the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
