Santa Rosa Schools Teacher Violently Attacks Wife for Protecting Child Molestation Victims

The Santa Rosa City Schools District refuses to investigate allegations of possession of child pornography on teacher devices

For approximately the past eight years, Santa Rosa Junior College Professor Laura Ainsworth has been seeking justice for Kilgore’s victims. She has nearly died multiple times in the process.

In 2016, Paul ‘Dwayne’ Kilgore was arrested for molesting children at Sonoma Valley Boys & Girls Club. The John Does are suing for restitution.

Ms. Laura Ainsworth’s spouse, Mr. Brett Ainsworth, was the Human Resources Director for the Club. He was offered an illegal NDA, and is suing the Club for wrongful termination.

Simultaneously, Ms. Laura Ainsworth and I are being sued by the Club for defamation for protecting the John Does. Oddly, when we approach court filing deadlines towards case progression, Ms. Ainsworth’s husband continues to violently attack her.

Because he is a teacher at Santa Rosa City Schools, she and I reported the behavior to the district and filed police reports regarding domestic violence. The district refuses to investigate this matter.

Ms. Socorro Shiels, former Santa Rosa City Schools Superintendent, was the Superintendent at Sonoma Valley Unified School District (SVUSD) at the time of Kilgore’s arrest. She was abruptly terminated from SVUSD. Although it’s legally required under the California Public Records Act, the district refuses to issue me a copy of her misconduct file.
