Following the tragic death of 10-year-old Jianna Duran, her mother, Cassandra ‘Cassie’ Perez, organized a fundraiser for the funeral and miscellaneous expenses.

Records of deed indicate that the Perez Family owns a home on Kingwood St. in Santa Rosa, California. Although the deed is a public record recorded with the County of Sonoma, the full address has been redacted for privacy purposes. The deed is registered to Mr. Jesus E. Perez and Angela M. Perez.

As referenced from yesterday’s article, I was informed by multiple whistleblowers close to the family that questions about Jianna’s death have gone unanswered by her mother, Cassandra Perez, and her family, Angie Perez, Jesus Perez, and Anthony Perez, who all lived in the home with her.

Whistleblowers informed me that Ms. Cassandra Perez dated alleged pedophile and dog rapist Jeremiah Ortega, who sexually abused the late Jianna.
