Rapist Dominic Foppoli & His 20-30 Club Comrades Fled the State & Country: Why?
The National 20-30 Club leaders denied knowledge of former Windsor, CA Mayor Foppoli's sexual assault allegations, yet were eager to leave California
As of March 2024, Ms. Tiffany Montgomery, former National President & International Relations Director for Active 20-30 Club U.S. & Canada has officially become a dual national in the UK. Her Santa Rosa, CA home has been placed on the market for sale and is actively holding open house events this weekend.
In April 2021, she provided the following letter to the Sonoma Gazette:
“We thank you for publishing the opinion letter regarding Dominic Foppoli and Active 20-30. The opinion letter has helped our organization with the ongoing independent investigation into these horrific allegations against Mr. Foppoli. Further, we want you to know that on April 8th, we began expulsion procedures to remove Mr. Foppoli from the entirety of the Active 20-30 U.S. & Canada organization. He was already expelled from his former local Club, Santa Rosa #50.
The Active 20-30 U.S. & Canada Board of Directors, myself included, were horrified when we became aware of the allegations of serious sexual misconduct by a Active 20-30 member, when the SF Chronicle article was released last week. In the wake of these allegations, the Board is both outraged and saddened. We stand firmly with the victims.
Our top priority is the safety of our members. As the new stewards of this organization, we are committed to providing leadership and direction to prevent abuse from ever happening again. The behavior described is unacceptable and sickening. We are determined to prevent abuses in the future. Any type or manner of abusive conduct is not tolerated in Active 20-30 and if made aware of any abusive or harassing situation we will act swiftly to address it.
We want you to know we took immediate steps when informed of the allegations against Mr. Foppoli. On April 8, 2021 the National Board initiated expulsion procedures to remove Mr. Foppoli from the Active 20-30 U.S. & Canada organization. We immediately began conducting an independent investigation and now are in the process of adopting new policies and procedures, reporting processes, and leadership training to ensure that the safety of our members is our top priority. In addition to the general harassment policy the Board of Directors plans to adopt an added and even more robust sexual harassment policy at our upcoming board meeting next week.
Active 20-30 is a national service organization, made up of men and women in their 20's and 30's who have a passion for improving the lives of children in their communities. These emerging leaders serve local kids through hard work and fundraising. Active 20-30 has a rich history of serving and developing leaders in our local communities. In Sonoma County we have six Active 20-30 Clubs: this includes men’s clubs, women’s clubs, and co-ed clubs all of which help raise much needed funds for local children’s nonprofits and take hundreds of children in Sonoma County back–to-school shopping every year.
Out of these horrible allegations, we are working to make our organization stronger, safer and a more supportive community.
The Board of Directors of Active 20-30 encourages any Club member who wishes to reach out to the Board for resources and support to do so. We will be there for you. We stand by our members and anyone else who has been harmed. I am inspired by the courage of the victims who are speaking out at this time.
Questions regarding this matter should be addressed to the National Active 20-30 U.S. & Canada president, Tiffani Montgomery, at tiffanitmontgomery@gmail.com.”
Sonoma Superior Court records indicate that Ms. Montgomery’s year 2018 was turbulent, as was her daughter’s, Ms. Jazlin Montgomery. The case type was for Personal Injury/Property Damage/Wrongful Death against her former husband, Mr. Seth S. Montgomery.
In March 2019, the judgement was declared by Judge Patrick Broderick. The unnamed Does 2-5 were dismissed and $2,625,555.00 was awarded to ‘Jean Roe’.
In November 2016, Mr. Montgomery’s daughter, Ms. Jazlin Montgomery, filed a case against her own father for domestic violence prevention without minor children.
The restraining order expired in September 2023.
In July, 2017, The People of the State of California appeared to file a case against Mr. Seth S. Montgomery which was also judged by Judge Patrick Broderick. The charges were as follows.
Mr. Seth Montgomery is currently listed on Megan’s Law without a photo.
Ms. Tiffani (Tiffany) Montgomery filed a case for dissolution of marriage. Oddly, she used the alias of ‘Tiffany’ within court records.
Per the Active 20-30 website, Ms. Dana Von Sternberg was recognized as a Past President (Sebastopol #63 / Santa Rosa #50) from 2015-2016. Ms. Von Sternberg was mentioned frequently for inappropriate behavior in Ms. Tiffany Montgomery’s internal investigation of Active 20-30 United States & Canada. Ms. Montgomery denied any wrongdoing.
As of April 2017, Active 20-30 Member Cecilia Enriquez appeared as the CEO for Sonoma Wine Guides Inc. alongside Ms. Dana Von Sternberg as CFO. Ms. Von Sternberg also served as CFO for Mr. Dominic Foppoli’s Benevolo Wines, Inc.
Most 26-year-olds are not the CEO of a winery! However, this was not the case for Ms. Cecilia Enriquez who founded Enriquez Family Estates in 2016.
In summary, Ms. Enriquez’s family:
Had zero background in farming or making wine
Got lost on their way from New Jersey on a ski trip to Lake Tahoe. They moved their trip to San Francisco due to heavy snow. They were lost on their way from SF and ended up in Sonoma County.
While in Sonoma, they joined a winery owner / real estate agent for dinner.
The next day they drove to a 30-acre property for sale in Petaluma.
“My dad suggested that I write a business plan when I got home…and the rest is history. Be careful what you wish for!” – Cecilia Enriquez
As claims about Foppoli surfaced in 2021, Ms. Enriquez & Mr. Von Sternberg purchased a yacht club apartment together in Hypoluxo, Florida.
Sexual predator Dominic Foppoli is currently living abroad in Italy with his fiance, Ms. Maura Strambini. The two love birds are slated to get married this month. The wedding day has been set for August 24, 2024 to take place at Foppoli’s Christopher Creek Winery in Healdbsurg, CA. A separate wedding will be held on August 10, 2024 in La Villa Regia, Italy.
Based on the facts presented, were Ms. Tiffani Montgomery’s findings regarding Mr. Foppoli & the Active 20-30 Club’s history of sexual abuse legitimate? Was Mr. Seth Montgomery involved with the Club in any capacity?
“A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who breathes out lies will perish.”
