Los Cien Launches BRIDGE - Liberal Indoctrination Program
Executive Director Hernandez is charging 'Latinx' participants up to $3k in tuition to attend the BRIDGE Program, a progressive indoctrination tool to supply democratic politicians with Latino puppets
Los Cien’s Executive Director Herman G. Hernandez launched the second cohort of the BRIDGE Program — Building Representation, Inclusion, Diversity, and Governance Excellence.
Mr. Hernandez & his father are frequently photographed with liberal, Caucasian politicians who do not serve the best interests of BIPOC individuals, but rather progressive political narratives. The cohort is designed to increase diversity on nonprofit boards and government commissions across Sonoma County. Ultimately, the cohort seeks to align participants with the viewpoints of democratic leaders who prey on their indoctrination for financial gain.
On Friday, August 1, 2025, I sent the following email to Sonoma County Office of Education (SCOE) Trustee / Los Cien Executive Director Herman Hernandez:
Good Evening Trustee Hernandez,
Ultimately, I seek truth and peace in Sonoma County. As local residents, we have experienced everything but that.
I would like the opportunity to write a positive article about Los Cien. I respect Ms. Telles and the positivity she brings to the community.
I was informed that Los Cien’s Bridge Program launches this month. I would like the opportunity to attend as an observer, so I may report out on my thoughts. My goal is not to diminish your program, but present genuine thoughts on the lessons from a different lens, a biracial one.
I extended an olive branch to Rohnert Park Councilmember Jackie Elward. She declined my offer.
Congolese Assembly Candidate Supports Slave Labor in Push for EV
Rohnert Park Councilwoman Jackie Elward, a Congolese immigrant, is running for CA Assembly District 12 in 2026 to represent Marin & Sonoma Counties.
I would like for us to be able to work together, as we will see each other often during 2026 elections.
Thank you & God Bless.
Kindest Regards,
Adina Flores
The BRIDGE Program flyer outlines the objectives:
Founding partners of the BRIDGE Program included Barbara Grassechi & Tony Crabb, President Joe Biden’s largest Sonoma County donors.
This morning I sent the following email to Mr. Tony Crabb:
Good Morning Mr. Tony Crabb:
I am a local reporter & leading civil rights activist for Sonoma County.
As one of Sonoma County’s wealthiest political campaign donors, you’ve given millions to the Biden Administration & associated local nonprofits. Through your funding efforts, you’ve claimed to care about ‘BIPOC’ individuals. As someone biracial, I identify as a ‘BIPOC’ woman.
Examples:
Healthcare Foundation Northern Sonoma County (HCF) virtual gala - COVID response to prevent Black & Latino deaths (eugenics support guised as COVID-19 inoculation)
Los Cien’s BRIDGE Program — Building Representation, Inclusion, Diversity & Governance Excellence (a.k.a. complete indoctrination which I will not tolerate - see attached).
Letter in support of protecting Sonoma County's BIPOC residents (except child molestation victims?)
Over 40+ Latino children were molested at Sonoma Valley Boys & Girls Club by the former Athletic Director Paul ‘Dwayne’ Kilgore. The victims have not yet received restitution. Instead, the Club fought them in court, and claimed it was their fault for being taken off site. The youngest victim was 6-years-old.
As a media request, I’m wondering why you have not directly paid the victims restitution, nor attempted to help them. Were you simply unaware? If this is not addressed, I will cause a scene at every 2026 election event possible which pertains to your candidates or causes. I will let this County know how racist local donors & politicians truly are. I will notify the police in advance prior to my arrival at each event.
You are a colleague and/or client of Healdsburg Councilmember Ariel Kelley. She is one of the most racist and entitled Jewish women in the area. She despises people of color, tokenizes them & uses them for political gain. She would be delighted to kill off as many Palestinians as possible via the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I am extremely concerned by the intentions of your financial contributions. Ms. Kelley also refused to truly listen to concerns of the Latino community. As a Jewish woman, she feels that she can dictate what is best for Latino residents, the residents she cannot even communicate with in their colonized Spanish language (see attached).

As the Hernandez Family parades themselves as show ponies for white liberals, they do not represent the genuine voices of all Latinos. I have repeatedly implored nonprofits and politicians to refrain from using the term ‘Latinx’. My Chicano friends were under the impression that it’s a new gang, and had never heard of the term. When I explained the term, they were disgusted!
The Hernandez Family refuses to support local bakeries within the Roseland, Santa Rosa community, a largely Latino area. Instead, Los Cien conducts their business meetings at Tia Maria Panaderia y Pasteleria, owned by Costeaux French Bakery. While I was employed as the Executive Assistant to the Santa Rosa City Schools Board & Superintendent, SCOE Trustee Hernandez & his father always requested I schedule their meetings at Tia Maria.
Costeaux crafted Tia Maria, a sister neighborhood bakery café located in the eastern Roseland area of Santa Rosa. Tia Maria is coined in honor of Mary Zandrino, the great aunt (Aunt Mary or Tia Maria) who encouraged Nancy and Karl Seppi to get into the bakery business in the early 1980’s. Here our guests have decided we serve the best conchas in the county and beyond. Guests also enjoy full-service coffee, sandwiches, churros, and more. Order cakes from Tia Maria in advance, click here and select Tia Maria for the pick-up location.

If I were to add my two cents to Los Cien’s governance training, I would teach BIPOC constituents how local progressive Caucasians indoctrinate them via every channel possible for political gain. I would teach them how nonprofits launder money, fail to report financial interests, and solely serve on local agencies to approve agenda items which support their own contracts.
SCOE Trustee Hernandez failed to disclose his reportable financial interests to the Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) for over ten years. I reported him to the FPPC, and he was fined for up to five years of omissions.
I have no idea what Los Cien supposedly does for the community, as I am not allowed to participate in their events, and they have no physical address.
They appear to be utilizing the same address as United Way, another liberal, money laundering ‘nonprofit’. Lisa G. Carreño, President & CEO of the United Way of the Wine Country, chairs the Los Cien Board.
Los Cien’s Form 990s submitted to the IRS do not appear to include all monies received for the fiscal year. The 2022 Form 990 provided the following breakdown of assets, net income & expenses.
‘Programs’ included monthly luncheon meetings, Dia de Los Cien, The State of the Latino Community Address & Latinx Cultural Experience.
The math is simply not ‘mathing’…

You are creating a divisive opinion where there isn’t one required. You are the person on the corner yelling about paper bags and tin foil. Adding a religious message to the end of your posts make you appear like someone who has an unpopular opinion but wants to add some invisible “weight” to her posts. This is the type of nonsense that got a felon like Donald Trump elected. You’re probably a fan, no doubt.
NAH!!!
