KBBF Radio Cancelled Alleged Sexual Predator Pocho's Radio Show Amidst Rape Allegations
Pocho 1 a.k.a. Salvador Sanchez-Strawbridge’s radio stint was short lived and leaves questions unanswered
Today, I sent the following email to Sonoma County’s KBBF 89.1 FM Board:
Good Morning,
Per the request of KBBF Board President Michaele Morales, Board Member MaDonna Feather Cruz was asked to share a message with me regarding the cancellation of the Pocho Live show. Ms. Morales wished to inform me that Pocho 1 a.k.a. Salvador Sanchez-Strawbridge, the son of KBBF Board Member Alicia Sanchez, no longer has a radio show with KBBF.
Per the attached KBBF minutes from April 29, 2017, the Pocho Live show was approved around that time period.
Per my article regarding Pocho 1, public allegations of serial rape began coming forward in early 2016. Was the KBBF Board aware of these allegations before approving his show? Why was the Pocho Live show cancelled?
Per the attached KBBF minutes from August 17, 2017, Mr. Strawbridge was approved as the new Social Media Administrator. I have personally received lewd and inappropriate messages from Mr. Strawbridge through his 'professional' social media channels. Did KBBF receive any complaints regarding Mr. Strawbridge's social media interactions during this time served in this role? Was this a paid position or volunteer?

Board President Morales requested for the following response to be communicated to me:
For Board President Morales’ clarification, I do not have ‘personal vendettas’ with anyone. As a follower of Christ, I seek truth for my community and would like to create better awareness surrounding alleged sexual predators roaming free in Sonoma County.
Did KBBF Board Member Alicia Sanchez, Pocho’s mother, have any knowledge of his predatory behavior? It is cowardly to send a messenger to speak to my inquiries. I am not sure why Board President Morales could not reach out to me directly.
