Police Dispatch Records Released From Residence of Unalived 4th Grader Jianna Duran
Jianna's mother's family, the Perez Family, appeared to share residency with alleged dog rapist and pedophile Jeremiah Ortega

Background check reports conducted through internet search engines highlighted the following addresses of residency for the late Jianna Duran’s mother, Ms. Cassandra Perez:
The Kingwood Residence appears to be owned by Ms. Perez’s parents per deed records.
The Santa Rosa Police Department (SRPD) provided dispatch records for the Kingwood Residence dated 2/14/2025. Records indicated that a male was crying and yelling ‘no’, and a girl was not breathing.
10-year old Jianna Duran was declared dead on 2/18/2025. Her family informed me that her life was taken on Valentine’s Day.
On April 24, 2025 SRPD released dispatch records for the Kingwood Residence. Records indicate that the police were called due to an activist group putting the deceased granddaughter’s info online.
I requested a log of all police interaction at the Kingwood Residence from 2020-present:
Dispatch logs show that a suspect was contacted at the Perez Residence on 3/31/2023. Mr. Jeremiah Ortega, alleged dog rapist was sentenced with a misdemeanor within the same week.
I initially reported on the tragic death of Jianna Duran on April 23, 2025 with additional articles that followed.
On April 25, 2025, new dispatch records were released from SRPD. The Perez Family indicated that they were receiving death threats due to information posted online.
I will rely on the Duran / Perez Family to confirm prior addresses for Ms. Cassandra Perez based on the background check conducted. Once confirmed, additional dispatch records will be released. The unreleased records are frightening…
