Alleged Santa Rosa Pedophile Ortega Appears to be the Stepfather of Unalived Jianna Duran & Others

Jeremiah Ortega ordered to provide child support payments to Cassandra Perez, the mother of unalived 4th grader Jianna Duran, as well as payments to Bertha Calderon for a child named Mateo

Sonoma County Superior Court records provided an abstract of support judgement for child support in which Jeremiah Jessie Ortega is legally required to pay Ms. Cassandra Marie Perez child support arrears for a child named Jazmine Marie Ortega.

The father’s side of Jianna’s family, Duran, informed me that Jianna had a younger baby sister named Jazmine, Mr. Jeremiah Ortega was the biological father, and Jianna’s stepfather. It appears that the information provided by the Duran Family was correct.

On January 18, 2018, Ms. Bertha Gabriela Calderon petitioned for the appointment of a guardian for a child by the name of Mateo Jesus Calderon.

Court records stated: Consent by Proposed Guardian; Nomination, Consent & Waiver of Notice by Maria de los Angeles Calderon - Mother.

Per Sonoma County Superior Court records, it appears that Mr. Jeremiah Ortega owes child support arrears to Ms. Bertha G. Calderon for a child named Mateo.

The payments were requested beginning May 5, 2022.
