Alleged Pedophile Ortega's Child Support Judgement Registered to Address of Unalived Jianna Duran
Following the death of 10-year old Jianna Duran, Jeremiah Ortega, Jianna's alleged stepfather, is facing criminal charges for alleged forced lewd acts upon children
While it could be a complete an utter coincidence, Mr. Jeremiah jessie Ortega’s abstract of support judgement filed with the Sonoma County Department of Child Support Services is registered to a Kingwood St, Santa Rosa, CA address.
The judgement shown below was filed on July 26, 2023:
Just prior, a bail bond was exonerated for Mr. Ortega on June 15, 2023 for petty theft.
The father’s side of Jianna’s family informed me that she had a younger baby sister, Mr. Jeremiah Ortega was the biological father, and Jianna’s stepfather. I cannot verify that is correct, but would like to confirm why Mr. Ortega’s child support judgment was registered to the Perez Residence.
The same exact Kingwood St. address used for the child support judgement indicates that the deed of record is registered to the family of Ms. Cassandra Perez, the mother of the late Jianna Duran.
On February 18, 2025, 10-year-old Jianna Duran, a fourth-grade student at Park Side Elementary in Sebastopol, CA, was declared dead.
While Jianna Duran was allegedly bullied at school, the father’s side of her family, Duran, suspect there may be further factors which led to her death.
On April 9, 2025, 26-year-old Jeremiah Jesse Ortega was arrested for sexually assaulting a dog.
Ortega is facing a felony charge of animal cruelty and misdemeanor charges of sexual assault of an animal, along with two counts of violation of probation, the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office said.
